Premium 20mm cold-moulded black rubber gym tiles, now in a full 1m x 1m size. Each tile is formed in a precision steel mould, so every edge is straight and every tile is exactly the same size. They butt together tightly for a seamless-looking black floor that looks professionally fitted from the first row to the last.
Rated to 400kg and house-tested to give up to 65dB of sound reduction, these tiles protect your floor and keep training noise down. One tile covers exactly 1m², so planning is simple and installs are fast. Free UK mainland delivery, same-day dispatch before 2pm and a 3-year warranty.
Instead of being cut from a large pressed sheet, each tile is formed individually in a precision steel mould. That gives consistent dimensions to within ±0.5% on length and ±1% on thickness, so edges meet cleanly, joints stay tight and the floor stays square across the whole room. The result is a smooth, even black surface with the premium look of a professionally fitted commercial floor.
The full square-metre format means fewer joins across your floor, a cleaner look and much quicker installation. Measuring up is easy too: your floor area in m² is your tile count. Lay them in a straight grid for a clean, modern look, or offset each row by half a tile for a brick-bond pattern.
House-tested in a real property under typical gym use, these tiles deliver up to 65dB of sound reduction. The dense 950 kg/m³ rubber absorbs the thud of weights and machines, which makes them a great choice for upstairs home gyms, flats, garden rooms and commercial studios with neighbours.
At 20mm thick and around 19kg per tile, they give a firm, stable base for squat racks, benches, dumbbell areas and plate-loaded machines, while protecting your subfloor from weights and equipment. The R10 textured surface (Class DS to EN 14041) gives sure footing in dry and high-sweat sessions.
The tiles are bonded with a premium German polyurethane binder and independently VOC tested, making them well suited to enclosed home gyms and studios. They are CE marked, REACH compliant and made to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 managed standards.
