EVA Foam Gym Tiles UK

EVA Foam Gym Tiles UK — Cushioned Flooring for Yoga, Pilates & Functional Training

Our EVA foam gym tiles are the go-to choice for anyone setting up a yoga studio, Pilates space, dance studio, children's play area, or low-impact training zone. Unlike dense rubber tiles, EVA foam tiles prioritise cushioning and comfort — making them ideal wherever joint-friendly flooring matters most.

Who Are EVA Foam Tiles Right For?

Right for you if: You teach yoga, Pilates, dance, or functional fitness. You want soft, forgiving flooring that's easy to handle and install. You're fitting out a children's activity area, martial arts studio, or rehabilitation space. You want a lightweight, interlocking tile you can install yourself in under an hour.

Not right for you if: You drop heavy barbells or Olympic weights — for that, see our 30mm rubber gym tiles or impact gym tiles.

• Easy-clean surface — wipe down with a damp cloth after class
• Available in multiple thicknesses — 10mm for light studio use, 20mm for added cushioning
• UK stock, same-day dispatch — free delivery on every order

Recommended Thickness Guide

For yoga and Pilates: 10mm EVA provides adequate cushioning while keeping you close to the ground for balance. For martial arts, HIIT, and functional fitness: 20mm EVA adds extra joint protection during floor work and jumping movements. For children's play areas: 20mm or thicker for fall protection.

Coverage & Installation

Each tile covers 1m² and interlockes securely without tools or adhesive. Border strips are included to create neat, straight edges. One person can tile a 20m² studio in approximately 45 minutes. For large studio installs, call our team on 01282 277 710 for a free layout plan.
