GymFlooringUK Warranty & Quality Guarantee

Every product sold by GymFlooringUK comes with our quality guarantee. We stand behind the durability and performance of every tile, roll, and mat we supply. If your flooring fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Product Warranty Terms

Our rubber gym tiles and rolls carry the following warranty coverage:

  • 20mm and 30mm rubber interlocking tiles: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Rubber gym rolls: 2-year warranty against delamination and manufacturing defects
  • EVA foam tiles: 1-year warranty against premature compression and deformation
  • Acoustic rubber tiles: 3-year warranty

Warranty applies to products used in the intended application and does not cover damage from misuse, chemical damage, or wear from abrasive cleaning products.

Our Quality Promise

All GymFlooringUK rubber products are:

  • Manufactured to EN 13893 slip resistance standard
  • B1 fire rating certified (required for commercial premises)
  • Dimensional tolerance ±1% (tiles fit precisely every time)
  • 100% solid rubber — no hollow core, no foam filler
  • CE marked and compliant with UK building regulations

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 5 working days.
