Instead of being cut from a large pressed sheet, each tile is formed individually in a precision steel mould. That gives consistent dimensions to within ±0.5% on length and ±1% on thickness, so edges meet cleanly, joints stay tight and the floor stays square across the whole room. The result is a smooth, even black surface with the premium look of a professionally fitted commercial floor.

How Many Tiles Do I Need?

Installation
- Prepare the subfloor: any clean, dry, level hard floor, including concrete, screed, timber or existing solid flooring.
- Choose your layout: straight grid, or brick-bond by offsetting each row by half a tile.
- Butt the tiles together: start from your straightest wall and press each tile firmly against its neighbours.
- Cut to fit: score firmly with a sharp utility knife along a straight edge and snap.
- Train straight away: no adhesive, no curing and no drying time.
The weight of each tile and the tight, precise joints hold the floor in place without glue. For permanent commercial installations, adhesive can be used. Ask our team for advice.
