A dedicated gym turf lane for sled pushes, prowler drives, sprints and farmer's walks, supplied as one continuous roll with no joins along its length. Short, dense 10mm artificial grass gives sleds a smooth, consistent glide and gives your feet reliable grip, while protecting your floor from sled runners. Choose 1m or 2m wide, 10m to 20m long, in seven colours.

Pushing a loaded sled across rubber flooring grabs, judders and scuffs the tiles. A turf lane gives the runners a surface they're designed for: the sled glides smoothly under load, so every push is consistent and your rubber floor stays protected. The same lane doubles as your space for sprints, bear crawls, lunges, farmer's walks and agility work.
Measure the free run you have, leaving space to stop at each end. If your room is an odd size, the turf cuts cleanly with a sharp knife.
