Heavy duty rubber gym flooring, 1m wide and cut to the exact length you need. It has a non-slip crumb surface and comes in five thicknesses, 4mm to 12mm, and four finishes: solid black, or black with red, blue or white fleck. You pay per linear metre with no minimum order, so you can cover anything from a single treadmill bay to a whole garage or commercial gym floor without paying for rubber you don't need.
Made from high-density recycled SBR rubber, EN 13893 slip rated and CE and REACH compliant. Rolled out in long continuous runs, it gives a clean, professional floor with far fewer joins than tiles. Free UK mainland delivery and same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.
Every unit is one linear metre of 1m-wide roll (1m² of flooring). Order 5 and you receive 5 metres; order 12 and tell us at checkout you'd like three 4m runs. Measuring is simple: the width of your room in metres is the number of runs, and the length of the room is the length of each run.
It's the easiest way to floor awkward spaces, long corridors, treadmill rows and rooms that aren't a neat multiple of a tile size. Covering a large area? Our full 10m rolls cost far less per square metre than cut lengths.

Every roll has a black rubber base and a crumb surface. The fleck finishes add coloured EPDM rubber granules through the surface, so the colour won't wear off. See the close-up photos for how each one looks.

Lay the roll in strips (runs) along the length of the room. The number of runs is your room width in metres, rounded up, and each run is the room length. Multiply them together for the metres to order. The How many do I need? calculator at the top of the page does this for you.

Free UK mainland delivery on every order. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Short lengths ship rolled by courier and longer orders are palletised for safe delivery. 14-day returns on unused rolls in their original condition.

Not usually. In most home gyms the weight of the rubber keeps it flat. For commercial floors, doorways and high-traffic areas, double-sided tape or adhesive along joins and edges gives a permanent finish.
Butt the edges together as tightly as possible. For a permanent finish, run double-sided tape or adhesive underneath the join.
Yes. Rubber comes off the roll with a slight curl, so unroll it and leave it flat for 24 hours before fitting. It relaxes and lies flat.
Yes. It lays straight onto concrete and any clean, dry, level hard floor, including timber and tiles.
