Soft, cushioned 12mm EVA foam gym tiles in the large 610 x 610mm (24 inch) size, in grey or black. Puzzle-edge interlocking on all four sides means you can cover a home gym, studio or play room in minutes, with no tools and no adhesive, then lift the tiles again whenever you need the space back. Each tile covers 0.37m² and weighs under 1kg.

12mm of EVA foam takes the hardness out of concrete, timber and tiled floors. It cushions knees, hips and backs during floor exercises, softens the feel underfoot during bodyweight training and adds a warm layer between you and a cold garage or spare-room floor. The textured surface gives grip for bare feet and trainers alike.

Tiles are laid in a grid. Divide the room length by 0.61m and round up, do the same for the width, then multiply the two numbers. Tiles along the walls are cut to fit. The How many do I need? calculator at the top of the page does this for you.
