Installation
Prepare the subfloor: any clean, dry, level hard floor, including concrete, screed, timber or an existing solid floor.
Start from your straightest wall: lay the first row, then press each new tile's interlocking edges firmly into place, working row by row.
Cut to fit: score firmly with a sharp utility knife and snap for straight edges, or use a jigsaw for curves and pipes.
Train straight away: no adhesive, no curing and no drying time. Your floor is ready as soon as the last tile is in.
Most rooms are finished in a single session by one or two people, with no specialist tools or trades needed.
Free UK mainland delivery on every order. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, and most arrive within 1–2 working days. Larger orders are palletised for safe, secure delivery. Unused tiles can be returned within 14 days.
Each tile is 1m x 1m, so the number of tiles equals your floor area in square metres. Multiply length by width, then add 5–10% for cuts. For example, a 4m x 5m room is 20m², so 20 tiles for an exact fit, or 21–22 with spares for cuts. The calculator at the top of the page works it out for you.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. These 1m x 1m tiles are supplied in orders of 10 tiles (10m²) or more, which covers a typical lifting area or small garage gym. Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on every order.
Can I drop weights on 20mm rubber gym tiles?
Yes for dumbbells and kettlebells, and for barbells set down with control. The tiles are rated to 400kg and the dense rubber absorbs impact and protects the floor underneath. For deliberate overhead barbell drops and Olympic lifting, use our 30mm heavy-duty tiles in the drop zone.
Are 20mm tiles good for a garage gym?
