Commercial-grade rubber crumb gym flooring in full 10m x 1m rolls, 10m² of flooring in every roll. Choose from five thicknesses, 4mm to 12mm, and four finishes: black, or black with red, blue or white fleck. Full rolls are the best-value way to cover a garage, home gym or commercial training floor, with long runs and far fewer joins than tiles.
Made from recycled rubber crumb, EN 13893 slip rated and CE and REACH compliant. The speckled crumb finish is the classic commercial gym surface: it's grippy underfoot and hides scuffs, dust and chalk. Free UK mainland delivery on a pallet, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm.
10m x 1m rolls: 10m² per roll, great value per m²
5 thicknesses: 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm
4 finishes: black, or black with red, blue or white EPDM fleck
Hard-wearing crumb surface: grippy and hides everyday wear
EN 13893 slip rated, CE and REACH compliant: for homes, schools and commercial gyms
Full 10m Rolls: Best Value for Bigger Floors
Each roll is 10 metres long and 1 metre wide, so one roll covers 10m². Lay rolls side by side across the room and you'll have a clean, continuous floor in a fraction of the time it takes to lay tiles. Rolls can be cut to length on site, so a 10m roll can give you two 5m runs, or a 6m and a 4m run.
Only need a few metres, or have an awkward space? Our cut-to-length rubber roll is sold by the metre with no minimum order.

How Many Rolls Do I Need?
Lay the rubber in 1m-wide runs along the length of the room. You need one run per metre of room width (rounded up), and each 10m roll can be cut into shorter runs. Add up the total length of runs and divide by 10, making sure each run fits within a roll. The How many do I need? calculator at the top of the page gives a quick estimate.

Installation
Acclimatise: unroll the rubber in the room and leave it flat for 24 hours so it relaxes and lies flat.
Prepare the subfloor: any clean, dry, level hard floor, including concrete, screed, timber or existing hard flooring.
Cut your runs: measure and cut each run with a sharp utility knife against a straight edge.
Lay the runs: start against your straightest wall and butt each run tightly against the last.
Fix if needed: loose-lay works for most home gyms. For commercial floors and doorways, use double-sided tape or adhesive along joins and edges.
Free UK mainland delivery on every order. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Full rolls are heavy, so they're delivered on a pallet to your kerbside; plan for two people to move each roll. 14-day returns on unused, uncut rolls in their original condition.
You need one 1m-wide run for every metre of room width, rounded up. Each 10m roll can be cut into shorter runs, so add up the total run length and divide by 10, making sure each run fits within a roll. For example, a 5m x 5m double garage needs five 5m runs, which is three rolls.
Which thickness should I choose?
4mm for floor protection under cardio machines, 6mm for cardio and studio floors, 8mm as an all-round home or garage gym floor, 10mm for weights and machines, and 12mm for heavy commercial use.
Are the red, blue and white options solid colours?
No. Every roll has a black rubber base. Red, blue and white are black with coloured EPDM flecks through the surface. The close-up photos show how each finish looks.
How heavy are the rolls?
From about 45kg for 4mm up to about 125kg for 12mm. They arrive on a pallet, and we recommend two people to move and unroll them.
Do I need to glue it down?
Not usually. In most home gyms the weight of the rubber keeps it flat. For commercial floors, doorways and high-traffic areas, double-sided tape or adhesive along joins and edges gives a permanent finish.
Will the roll lie flat?
Yes. Unroll it and leave it flat for 24 hours before fitting; the rubber relaxes and lies flat.
Crumb roll or cut-to-length roll?
Choose full 10m crumb rolls for larger floors and the best value per m². Choose our cut-to-length roll if you only need a few metres or want each run cut for you.
Can I lay it in a garage or over an existing floor?
Yes. It lays straight onto concrete and any clean, dry, level hard floor.
Yes. We supply commercial gyms, fit-out contractors, schools and developers across the UK. Send us your floor plan for a bulk quote, usually within 24 hours.

Had to sort out the tired look of our cramped home gym and this stuff worked a charm. Up close, its got this tidy finish that gives the place a proper polished feel, almost like walking into one of those fancy studios downtown. Easy to fit and has held up well despite me clunking dumbbells around—no complaints here!

Came in a compact roll and was nice and heavy, just like youd want for gym use. Ive had it placed over the concrete floor of my busy yoga studio where its dealt with plenty of foot traffic without budging or soaking up spills. The floorings sturdiness under damp conditions has genuinely impressed me.

Wasnt sure at first when I ordered this, but it didnt disappoint. Packaging was spot on and unrolled smoothly onto our wood gym floor, adding practicality on a small budget. Looks to be lasting well so far with daily use from family workouts.
Arrived swiftly within two days and was just the thing we needed for our small home gym setup in the garage. Opted for the 8mm thickness, providing solid support under weights without being too cumbersome to handle. Initially, I was concerned about loose-laying it, but it stays perfectly in place even when moving around heavy dumbbells. The flooring feels sturdy underfoot and has held up brilliantly with daily usage over several weeks now.
Put it down in our community centre’s workout room last weekend, and it fits perfectly around the rowing machines. The different thickness options were handy to choose from; we went with 10mm for extra cushioning, which has proven ideal under heavy gym equipment. The gym matting settled quickly and hasnt shifted even with intense foot traffic. Impressed with how straightforward it was to install and would consider more in other activity areas if needed.
Wasnt sure at first how well this rubber roll would hold up, but its proven itself in my personal training studio. The texture offers great grip – a real bonus alongside the TRX setup and punching bag. Surprisingly easy to fit and trim for our slightly awkward room shape too. Overall, the flooring is robust enough for intensive workouts without shifting around. Glad I gave it a chance!
Got this to replace the worn-out flooring in our school sports hall, and I must say, it did the job surprisingly well for what we paid. Were a bit picky about gym flooring because of heavy usage from all sorts of sports activities. The options they offered in thickness made it flexible to get just the right balance - we went with 8mm which has cushioned those gymnastics falls nicely without breaking the bank. Free delivery was a perk too, and even slightly grumpy me cant complain when its this sturdy after months of bouncing basketballs!
Surprisingly sleek. This rubber gym flooring has been fantastic in our studio, especially next to the yoga mats where it adds both style and practicality with its brilliant close-up finish. The range of thicknesses meant we could choose just the right feel for different areas, and it managed heavy workout sessions without a hiccup. You can immediately tell its high quality when you see it up close, does the job effortlessly—soft underfoot yet tough enough to take a real beating during daily use.
At this price, its tough to beat the practicality of using these rolls for our fitness studio. Gone with the 8mm thickness, and it lays beautifully across the floor without any shifting during our high-intensity classes. The cushioning really holds up well under repeated use and gives decent grip so there are no slips. Definitely feels like a good investment for the gym space, and Id easily recommend it to anyone refreshing their flooring setup.
Job done. This roll fit nicely into our community center, laying it down was almost too easy. Slight grumble about the weight when unrolling, but its sturdy nature makes it perfect when people started the aerobics classes. Initial thoughts are positive; durability is noteworthy even after a good crowd has tested it out.
Needed something to prevent my weights from nicking up the hardwood floor, and this stuff did the trick. The recycled rubber roll itself is pretty hefty, but it laid down fairly easily once I got the knack for it—takes a bit of patience, mind you. Up close, it looks rather like a patchwork of crumbs underfoot, which might not be everyones cup of tea in terms of appearance. Still, its held up well during many exercise sessions without showing any signs of wear or shifting around too much.
Took a punt on this heavy-duty gym roll and Im quite pleased with how it turned out. It fit perfectly under the exercise equipment at our physical therapy center, providing just the right cushioning and grip. For the price, you really cant beat the value of this flooring—it seems resilient enough to handle all manner of foot traffic without showing any wear yet.
Arrived faster than I anticipated and was packaged well, which made setting up the employee fitness centre a breeze. The recycled rubber surface offers a solid grip underfoot, and the various thickness options suited our needs perfectly near the rowing machines. Up close, the finish is consistent and clean, with no unpleasant rubbery smell lingering about. It’s holding up nicely against constant foot traffic so far, providing excellent durability for high-use areas like ours.
Fitted it in our school sports hall recently, and it’s been spot on. The rubber feels exceptionally sturdy underfoot, handling the constant shuffle of trainers with ease. Came in handy lengths so measuring up was a breeze, although a bit hefty to shift around initially. Its given the place a professional feel and certainly bares the weight of all those bounces and heavy steps like a champ!
Durable finish on this flooring makes it just right for our community sports centre. The recycled rubber material has a strong, smooth appearance that holds up well even with heavy foot traffic from members using the gym daily. We initially picked this product due to its eco-friendly nature, and were pleased its proven easy to clean while maintaining its look over time. Overall, installing these rolls was simple, and they have given the training area a professional feel without being overly fussy about maintenance.
Got this for converting our garage into a home gym and it’s been spot on. The quality of the flooring feels impressive, providing a solid base that holds up really well under intense workouts. Had no issues fitting it in and even withstanding all weather through garage door drafts — definitely noticed the extra grip from its thicker tread when doing circuits.
Packaging left a bit to be desired, but the heavy-duty roll ended up looking grand in our climbing gym. The black speckles on the flooring have a neat finish that adds a polished touch. Installing it under our climbing walls was fuss-free, and despite usually expected wear from shoes and traffic, the quality of these layers truly holds firm. All in all, cant fault how it took our gym space up several notches in look and practicality.
Nothing to moan about with this rubber roll. Arrived super quick, and was wrapped well enough that not a scratch came near it. Used it in our gym under the free weights, and its proving to be a solid choice — helps keep everything stable under the barbells. The way it lies straight out of the package makes me wonder what I was doing messing with other flooring options before this!
The sizing was one of my main worries when setting up our new fitness studio in the old warehouse, but these rubber rolls fit perfectly right out of the box. Laying them down was a breeze — I opted for the loose-lay method and they havent budged an inch, even under regular pounding from kettlebells and resistance bands workouts. Although I usually prefer a bit more texture underfoot, Ive been surprised by how well cushioning holds up after some intense use. Not too shabby considering it got tucked into every little corner without much fuss!
Used these before, so went for another roll to sort out the flooring in my garage where I have a little workout area set up. The 10m length was just right to cover most of the space without fuss, and its got a great grip underfoot even when Im moving around with weights. Pleased with how sturdy it feels under the rack too—hasnt budged an inch since I rolled it out. Fast delivery as well, which was a nice bonus.
At this price, couldnt ask for better quality to fit our cosy yoga studio! The rubber roll went in easily and the texture gives just the right amount of grip for those dynamic transitions. Plus, after weeks of daily classes, it still looks as fresh as day one – a real winner in my books.
Had to sort out the uneven flooring in my personal training studio, and these crumb rubber rolls came through brilliantly. I wasnt sure how thick they needed to be for all the kettlebell work we do, but the 10mm ones provide excellent support and grip — exactly what youd hope. Theyre holding up well despite heavy foot traffic, which is ideal since its a busy place most of the day. As someone who didnt know much about gym flooring beforehand, Im quite pleased with how its turned out.
Does exactly what youd need in a busy gym environment. The crumb rubber matting was made for the weightlifting area in our fitness studio and its been metriculous. Its absorbed shock extremely well — our patrons felt confident using barbells without worrying over floor damage. The range of thickness options meant we found the right heft to ensure it laid flat, even under heavy equipment, and none of that curling up you might see with inferior products. Cant fault it for how quickly we got it down; bolstered nicely against wear from regular use and look forward to years more utility from this addition.
Wasnt sure at first but unrolling this rubber flooring was as straightforward as it gets. The roll fit perfectly in our wellness room, right by the rowing machine, and I managed with just a bit of moving about to get it snugly into place. It hasnt shifted an inch even with regular use, which is just what we needed for our setup.
Sturdy flooring choice. I laid this heavy-duty rubber in my home gym, and its handled the weight of both my free weights and bench press effortlessly. The thickness provides excellent cushioning during workouts, which is great for my knees! Its also reassuring to know its made from recycled materials — practical and environmentally friendly in one go.
Got this for my home gym in the garage, mainly to save my floor from all the wear and tear. Out of the box, felt sturdy and had a good amount of grip which was perfect for setting up under my stationary bike. The thickness feels just right, providing cushioning without being too soft. Installed smoothly on day one and hasn’t budged since, even through some intense workouts!

Wasnt sure at first when I ordered this, but it didnt disappoint. Packaging was spot on and unrolled smoothly onto our wood gym floor, adding practicality on a small budget. Looks to be lasting well so far with daily use from family workouts.
Installed it across my garage to spruce up the gym and though getting it straight was a faff, its put up with six months of relentless stomping and still looks almost new.
Grabbed this for a stylish fix to the stairs in our damp-prone cellar, and it elevates the whole look on a budget! The rich black surface transitions beautifully from one step to another, catching just enough light without going full-doom. Even laid out over fickle boards where my dumbbells clang around like theatre socks, its more enduring than Id adverted. Using quality material like this gym floor makes sense of itself; timell tell if aesthetic holds as well as physique gains planned upstairs!
Delivered swiftly and securely packaged. The gym flooring roll was surprisingly easy to cut and fit in our new home gym setup over plain concrete. It feels solid underfoot, proving perfect for my workout sessions so far.
Unrolling it proved to be a bit of a wrestling match with my living room carpet, but once it settled there, the smooth finish popped beautifully. I laid this along my home gym area over some tired old linoleum, and it managed to seamlessly blend while adding a touch of sophistication. The texture is surprisingly pleasant underfoot for those times when Im stretching or doing floor exercises.
Cant fault it. The rubber gym matting went down in our spare room for a small workout area, and the value compared to other options was remarkable. Thicker than expected, its enduring heavy use with no signs of wear or discomfort.
The finish is met my eyes with a vibe of durability the moment I unwrapped it, bringing a sleek look to our yoga studios entrance. This roll was unfurled over our elderly wooden flooring—I’m chuffed about how shipshape it now appears. Perfect for areas trodden heavily by enthusiastic footfalls, and so far no damage whatsoever!
Used these before and theyve always worked well for our busy fitness venue. This time, the texture really stood out to me, providing a solid grip even when things got a bit sweaty. Nice how it holds up underfoot during peak hours with everyone training hard on it.
For the price, I was pleased to see the gym flooring rolled up neatly and securely in its packaging. Once laid out in our garage space, it felt sturdy underfoot and provided a solid base for our fitness gear.
Works a treat for my basement gym; installed the roll over concrete and its held up brilliantly under daily use. After months of lifting weights and general exercise, the matting shows minimal wear, still looks fresh and fits snug without any shifting or edges curling up. Job done on protecting both the floor and my falling dumbbells!
Had to upgrade the stairs in the gyms reception area, and this stuff was just right. Easy to lay out and trim to size, it added a clean and professional finish that impressed regulars immediately. Been laid down for about three months now, and its holding up superbly under consistent foot traffic – real value.
Came well within the expected delivery window and was surprisingly straightforward to unravel. I used it to update my small laundry area, cutting it effectively to size. The rubber gym matting fits seamlessly, creating a neat finish thats held up nicely with all the foot traffic over the weeks!
Took a punt on this for our gym space, laying it directly over an old laminate floor. Id imagined some tricky fitting or chatter with the existing boards, but instead, this rubber gym flooring settled in tightly and has stayed put through spirited training routines.
Put it in the new home gym we set up last month. For the price, its hard to beat with how it holds steady underfoot during sessions. The length fit perfectly across an oddly shaped nook too, so felt like I squeezed a bit more value out of the purchase.
Got this for a small fitness studio that needed an upgrade, and its been exactly what was wanted. The weight of the roll made setting it down a breeze despite previous doubts about coverage. After several months with equipment on top, the matting shows no wear; truly sturdy stuff.
