Soft, cushioned 12mm EVA foam gym tiles in the large 610 x 610mm (24 inch) size, in grey or black. Soft, Comfortable Cushioning
12mm of EVA foam takes the hardness out of concrete, timber and tiled floors. It cushions knees, hips and backs during floor exercises, softens the feel underfoot during bodyweight training and adds a warm layer between you and a cold garage or spare-room floor. The textured surface gives grip for bare feet and trainers alike.

How Many Tiles Do I Need?
Tiles are laid in a grid. Divide the room length by 0.61m and round up, do the same for the width, then multiply the two numbers. Tiles along the walls are cut to fit. The How many do I need? calculator at the top of the page does this for you.

For a checkerboard, order half grey and half black (round one colour up if the total is odd).
Installation
- Prepare the floor: any clean, dry, level hard floor, including concrete, screed, timber, laminate or tiles.
- Plan the layout: start in a corner for a simple grid, or in the centre for equal cuts at each wall. Plan your colour pattern if you are mixing grey and black.
- Lock the tiles together: press the puzzle edges together by hand, row by row.
- Cut to fit: cut the tiles along the walls with a sharp utility knife against a straight edge.
- Ready to use: no adhesive and no drying time, so you can train straight away.

Can I mix grey and black tiles?
Yes. Both colours have the same puzzle edges and lock together perfectly. Order any mix for a checkerboard, zones or a border.
How many tiles do I need?
Divide the room length by 0.61m and round up, do the same for the width and multiply. A 3m x 3m room is a 5 x 5 layout, so 25 tiles, with the tiles along the walls cut to fit.
Can I use weights on EVA foam tiles?
Yes, for bodyweight training, dumbbell work, benches and cardio machines. For heavy barbells set down from the hip, choose our 17mm rubber gym mats for the lifting area. Where weights are dropped from overhead, use our 30mm heavy duty tiles.
Are they good for yoga and Pilates?
Yes. The 12mm cushioning is comfortable for kneeling, lying and stretching, and the textured surface gives grip for bare feet.
Can I cut the tiles to fit?
Yes. A sharp utility knife cuts EVA foam cleanly. Score against a straight edge for neat cuts around walls, doors and pillars.
Do I need adhesive?
No. The puzzle edges hold the floor together, so nothing is stuck down.
Can I take them up and relay them?
Yes. The tiles unlock easily and relay as good as new, which makes them ideal for rented homes and multi-use rooms.
How do I clean them?
Sweep or vacuum, then wipe or mop with warm soapy water.
