16–17mm — Commercial gyms, heavy free weights, CrossFit.
20–30mm — Olympic lifting, deadlift platforms. Maximum protection.

Unlike single-density tiles, ShockVault™ uses a dual-layer construction:
- Top layer (15mm): High-density rubber — durable wear surface, equipment stability
- Base layer (28mm): Medium-density rubber — maximum energy absorption and acoustic isolation
This construction decouples impact energy from the subfloor, preventing vibration transmission to the structure below.
